Exercises to Prevent Dementia?

Endurance exercise is undoubtedly good for the brain, with studies in lab animals showing that moderate aerobic exercise, the equivalent of jogging, doubles or even triples the number of new neurons in the brain’s memory center, compared with the brains of sedentary animals. So keep up the cardio training.

But other recent science suggests that resistance training also has brain benefits that may be unique, meaning that if you don’t lift weights, you could be missing out.
